  3. Cut the plastic bag on half and use it to put the masa flour in little balls then with the bag flatten the masa until it is flat from about 15cm Long. Try to do it the slimest as posible. about 5mm or less.
  4. Keep the masa on the plastic bag and put some cheese cut into pieces.
  5. Wrap with the bag and seals the edges.
  6. Put lot of oil in the pan at high power and put the empanadas about 10 minutes until they get the color of you wish.
