- You need 2 tbsp of Tamarind pulp.

- Prepare 1 tbsp of Black mustard seeds.

Shambhar instructions
- Cut all the vegetables like pumpkin onion carrot brinjal tomato etc. Soak some tamarind in water for 10 minutes..

- Add the cooked dal into wok. Add tamarind paste and bring it to boil. Serve with idli vada or dosa..
