  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into your deep fried fish both sides and set a side...this gives your fish a nice flavour.....
  2. Fry onion and garlic till golden brown.
  3. Add your chopped tomatoes and salt stir and cover your pot to cook for about 3mins.
  4. Then add your fish and 1cup water for soup, let it cook for 5mins...remove from fire and garnish with chopped coriander....
  5. For veges....wash your veges slice them, boil them for 15mins drain excess water, fry your onion till golden brown add your chopped tomatoes and salt stir, cover your pot and wait for 3minutes tomatoes to cook well then add your veges stir, add coconut cream or milk stir.
  6. Now serve with fish and ugali....enjoy!.
