- You need of maize flour.
- Prepare of water.
- You need of spinach.

- Wash,rewash the spinach and terere.
- After the are well clean...shred them into even pieces.
- Cut the onion into small pieces,add the cooking oil and let the onion turn brown.
- Add in the shredded vegetables as you stir.Add royco cubes depending with the amount of veges and sprinkle a little salt.
- After abt two minutes,,you stir the food for the veges to remove their own water.Don't let them overcook so as not to lose the nutrients.
- Let the water boil.Then add flour as you stir.
- After it is well stuck together...let it heat for a few minutes then when it's ready remove it and serve while hot.
