 - It's 3 Oz. of Rosemary infusion.
 - Prepare 3 Tablespoons of Garlic Paste.
 - Prepare To Taste of Salt.

- Wash the pork with plenty of water and lay it over a tray..
 - Add the Garlic Paste and rub..
